Song used in this animation?  Search and Destroy - Skunk Anansie

Well if that wasn't a heck of an effort.  But this one's for :iconalucard009: for his High Roller Character, Silas Brenner.
Character has a Scrabble Chemical thrower.  I decided on this one to do a 'proof of concept' for the HR animation cards, to better introduce the characters and what not.

Needless to say, this was more complex to assemble than every previous animation I've done combined.

Hope you enjoy guys, and Alucard.  That was indeed one heck of an outing.

Haven't done one of these in a while, and let me just say, it was already impressive as is when you started doing these "animated pictures," but the only other one to really expound on that was "Hayabusa." The fact that you've only been constantly adding to that is something to be admired. The only real downside I can imagine is, due to the impatience of the internet, some people probably don't have the patience to wait through the loading stage of this.

VISION;
K, this got 3 stars because, being a commission, this wasn't even wholly your idea. With that said, I remember listening in on your discussions on every aspect, from design choices, to the musical selection. That deserves some credit right there.
-
ORIGINALITY;
I think it's safe to say that DA could be refreshingly privileged to get more submissions akin to this, let alone this quality. Moreso with the recent influx of nothing but fan-pairings and "interpretative nudity." Consider this the proper line between a commission image and a fully animated production.
-
TECHNIQUE;
Given the styling/theme already established by the "High Roller" project, it was incredibly easy to see this character as clearly part of this universe, though not being a main character. The merging into semi-animated is well realized here, and a fantastic demonstration of AfterEffects as well. It's fair to say as far as mastering these programs, you've had those well-checked off by now.
-
IMPACT;
The presentation is jaw-dropping, far more than could be achieved by almost all still images, and most other animated endeavors. That comes mostly from the effects and "in-your-face" nature of this submission. Personally I feel there's a bit too much anime/comic action influence that collides with the technopunk/art deco style High Roller is known for. Still, carries a lot of hype and weight behind it than 95% of the stuff out there!

Consider yourself proud of this Dan, even if people lose interest jsut because there's not a jiggling pair of tits somewhere in there.
