Surprise Birthday Legendary+ statcard for ordered by .

DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE COMIN', DIDJA BOI.
Always liked Lance as a character, so this is a bit overdue.  This is also the first Legendary (and legendary plus) tier Statcard.  I had so much fun on this commission, and it might be the most fun drawing something in a long time. Also, 'dat reload mechanism
